Cancellation Policy:

When you make a reservation you will be asked to submit your credit card number through our secure server. Your credit card number will be kept for guarantee. The reservation will be confirmed through a reply e-mail. The will be No charge until 7 days prior your arrival.We will charge 25% of the total sum to your credit card 7 days prior your arival , that amount will be kept as a deposit.
In the event of cancelling 7 days or more prior to your arrival date, no cancellation penalties will be incurred and the deposit will be returned.
For any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your arrival date we will use the
25% as a penalty charge.
The remaining payment amounts will be processed in Greece by  Ada Rent a Car upon your arrival.

General Terms:

DRIVING LICENCE: The driver must hold a driving licence authorized by the competent authorities, issued at least one year prior to the rental.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: One credit card is required for car rental, even when rental fees are repaid in cash.

ROAD TRAFFIC OFFENCES: All fines and any other consequences shall be borne by the renter.

PERSONAL INSURANCE: Coverage of drivers up 2,935.00 Euro and passengers up to 2,935.00 Euro for total or partial disability to the amount of 1.50 Euro on a daily basis.

Car Incurance:

Rental fees include:

- Local Taxes and Vat
- Third party insurance
- Car Theft Protection
- Material damages caused to car from collision, with the exclusion of the initial deductible amount of 300Euro for (Category A and B)-450 Euro for (Category C and D)-600 Euro for (Category E)-750 Euro for
(Category H)-1.000 Euro for
( Category F )- 1.500 Euro for ( Category G )

No insurance coverage shall apply to:
?Damages caused to tires, windscreen, windows or the lower part of the car.
?Damages or theft of personal belongings kept in the car.
?Any incident inside the car during transport by ship or any other means.
?Any incident while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
?Accidents caused when the driver has not been declared in the rental contract.

Age Requirements:
Minimum Age: 23

Additional Drivers:
additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof  2.50 Euro  applies per day(per additional driver)
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 23

Deposit Requirements:
Cash deposits are not accepted.
